The "blender," also known as a mixer, can perform heating and cooling by incorporating a jacket, and it is capable of creating a vacuum inside, making it usable as a vacuum mixing dryer, thus having a wide range of applications. We propose the optimal mixing form for your products. The "ribbon type" is a representative of fixed-container types, where a shaft with variously shaped blades is spirally attached and rotated inside a U-shaped or cylindrical container to stir and mix. Typically, raw materials are fed through the upper inlet and discharged through the central outlet at the bottom of the tank or through the side of the tank. The shape of the blades affects the mixing state and comes in various types, but the most common shape is the double ribbon type. This design allows the inner and outer blades to transfer the powder in opposite directions, repeatedly mixing through shear and circulation, resulting in a good final mixing state. Therefore, the blade shape is selected based on the physical properties of the raw materials, such as using a cut type for cohesive powders and a paddle type for free-flowing or abrasive powders.
